How to Lose Stubborn Belly Fat Fast

What clients ask most me is, "How can I get this fat off my tummy?" They want to know whether cardio exercise will do it better than weights. My answer is always the same: cardiovascular exercise is not the best way to take off belly fat; you have to do fat-burning intervals.

Equipment Requirements: 

* You should anticipate buying stregth exercise equipment or basically employ your own body balance
* cardio equipment, or, again, you can use your own body weight. 

Step 1. I have had a great deal of experience, both with my own training and that of my clients, so I know what works and what does not. The benefit of this is that it allows less rest time, which not only shortens your overall workout time, it burns more fat! It may seem unbelievable, but 20 minutes of strength training can get the job done when you are using simple exercises. However, you can also work up to 30 minutes to build even more muscle.

Step 4. Lastly, perform eighteen minutes of interval training to conclude your workout. Start by warming up, then complete six 30 to 60 second intervals, following that up with brief, low-intensity recovery exercises. Do a 5-minute cool-down and you will have completed a fast and effective interval session that burns fat. Many people use a cardio machine for 30 to 60 minutes and, although this burns some calories, it will not do anything to assist you in developing the body you want to have. As a matter of fact, there are some disadvantages to a long, slow cardio workout, including achieving sub-par results, possible injury from overuse, and performing an inefficient workout.
